To place your order online, select the item and size then proceed to add the item to your cart. For U.S. customers acceptable payment methods for checkout are debit/credit card and PayPal. You will have the option to provide a different shipping address if it differs from your billing address. Once you have entered your correct email address, billing, shipping, and payment information, submit your order. You will then receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
PAYMENT, PRICING, AND PROMOTIONS
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We will only ship to “confirmed” PayPal addresses when using PayPal. Any orders placed that do not comply with this policy will be cancelled and refunded. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Stiletto Charm, LLC. You confirm the debit/credit card being used is yours or you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the debit/credit card to use it. All debit/credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Stiletto Charm, LLC, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Prices shown on the Site are in USD and are exclusive of taxes. Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California State. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped to other locations in the U.S.
We may provide promotional codes offering a discount on our merchandise. Promotional codes are non-transferable and will have no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or offers, except free shipping, and must be used by the expiration date published, if any. We reserve the right at any time without notice to retract and/or change the terms of promotional codes.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer a flat rate shipping of $10 and ship all orders via FedEx to a valid U.S. address (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of placing your order before being shipped. You will be notified if there are any anticipated delays in processing your order for shipment. Estimated delivery time for orders is 2 to 7 business days. It is important to submit accurate shipping information when placing your order. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. When using PayPal we will only ship to “confirmed” addresses.
RISK OF LOSS: PRODUCT INSURANCE
All products purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We insure your purchase during its transit until it is delivered to the delivery address specified in your order, at which point responsibility for the purchased product(s) passes to you. If someone other than you is the recipient of the product for delivery purposes, you agree that such recipient’s receipt of the product at the specified delivery address is evidence of a completed delivery by us with responsibility for the purchased product passing to you.
Stiletto Charm, LLC merchandise may be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs) or exchanged (for a different size) within 14 days of the original purchase date only when accompanied by the original packing slip or sales receipt, original shoe box, dust bag, all original tagging and marketing inserts, and packaging materials. Do not use the original shoe box as the shipping box, as Stiletto Charm, LLC will not be responsible for processing and exchanging of such items. Merchandise must be in perfect condition and not worn, used, altered or damaged to be accepted for a return or exchange. We strongly recommend you try on your shoes in a carpeted area to determine if you are completely satisfied with your purchase and size/fit.
Our returns department must inspect the item(s) and approve them for re-sale before you will be granted a refund for the costs of the item(s) or an exchange. You can then purchase the style/color/size you wish or request a different size of the same item. If the returned item is defective, the replacement merchandise will be shipped after our returns department has inspected the item. If replacement merchandise is not available, a refund will be issued.
You are responsible for the cost of returning merchandise unless otherwise agreed. Returns must be made via a carrier with a trackable method. Please insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as Stiletto Charm, LLC will not be liable for any damage incurred in transit. All sales will be final after 14 days, and merchandise will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please contact Customer Care at email@example.com if you have any questions prior to processing a return. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise. It may take up to 10 business days for funds to be in your account, depending upon processing times of the card issuer and your bank. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. Please note refunds can only be applied to the same payment method used at time of purchase.
Stiletto Charm, LLC reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.
